A Complete Automatic Sausage Production Line

The new line pairs the AK3200T vacuum sausage stuffer filler with the AK9000 automatic twisting and knot tying machine. The filling process runs under vacuum to prevent fat oxidation and proteolysis, reducing bacterial survival and extending shelf life while keeping product color bright and taste pure. The AK9000 ties up to 600 knots per minute and is compatible with animal, protein and collagen casing.
